Cancellation Policy
If you need to withdraw
Plans change. If you can no longer play, let the tournament desk know as early as possible so your spot can be offered to another player. Refunds for player-initiated withdrawal follow this schedule, measured against the tournament's start date:

| 7 or more days before | Full refund, minus payment gateway charges |
| 3–6 days before | 50% refund |
| Less than 3 days before, or a no-show | No refund |
If the organizer cancels a category or tournament
You receive a full refund automatically, with no action required on your part. We will also email you if a tournament date, venue, or category changes materially.
Switching categories
If a category you're entered in is merged or removed for insufficient entries, you may move to another open category in the same tournament, or request a full refund instead.
